We Offer Different Types of Lessons & Trips
Groups
Most of the opportunities to play will be as part of a group. Whether you have a lesson or not will depend on what the group wants and the mix of abilities. The committee aims to run at least three trips a month to the court with small groups, and hopefully some of these will be groups of similar ability. Furthermore, if groups want to organise visits themselves, they are more than welcome to do so, contact a member of committee to point you in the right direction.
Private Lessons
As a club we are keen for as many people as possible to get involved in the sport of real tennis and give it a go. Therefore if you would like to arrange a private lesson for you or your friends we are more than happy to help you do so. Just drop one of the members an email and we will point you in the right direction.
Home Court
Our nearest court is the Hyde Court, Bridport, Dorest. The easiest way to get there is to drive, though I am informed there is a bus that will get you there. If you would like directions on getting there, or the contact details of the court, or to make a private booking, please let a member of committee know and we will be able to help you out.
Trips and Tournaments
Throughout the year we run a variety of different trips to courts including Oxford, Cambridge, Bristol and even France. We also enter lots of different tournaments. News about these trips and tournaments will be posted on our facebook page and will also appear on the home screen of this website. Please let us know if you would like to be involved!
